The problem with a weak center of interest
This image has a variety of lines and shapes. The tall stems,
buds and partially folded leaves make a nice bed of interesting
shapes in which to showcase the white lilies. In other words,
there is good structural
which is essential for a good photo.
The weakness is in the center of interest
- the group of three lilies. They are not compelling enough to
overpower the other content. The content surrounding the
lilies is actually more interesting than the lilies, making
them seem unimportant. When we have a definite center of
interest, it should be visually powerful.
